Title: Administrative Assistant
Position Type: Full-time, exempt
Schedule: 12 Month
Qualifications: Supports the Administrator in assisting with their administrative functions. Specific skills required to perform the job functions satisfactorily include operating standard office equipment, utilizing pertinent software applications, planning and managing projects, and preparing and maintaining accurate records. Ability is required to schedule several activities, meetings, and/or events; routinely gather, collate, and/or classify data; and use job-related equipment. Greets all incoming visitors to ensure guests sign in/out as required.
